Description
The BT-DN110 lithium-ion battery can be mounted indoors or outdoors. Internal assembly takes place in the head tube or in the seat post. For outdoor mounting, the battery holder SM-BTC1 is required. The battery provides a long service life and high performance (up to 2,000 km with one charge). Diameter: Ø17 mm; length 160 mm. Capacity: 500 mAh. Bluetooth technology allows riders and mechanics to wirelessly communicate with the EW-WU101 unit or the SC-MT800 display using a computer, tablet or smartphone to make small adjustments in the workshop or gear adjustments.

- Use the specified charger to charge the battery. Use of any other equipment may result in fire, overheating, or leakage.
- Use a power adapter with a USB port with a voltage of 5.0 V DC and a current of at least 1.0 A DC. If you use an adapter with a current rating of less than 1.0 A, the AC adapter may heat up and cause fire, smoke, heating, damage, electric shock, or burns.
- Do not heat the battery or throw it into a fire. Failure to do so may result in fire or rupture.
- Do not use or leave the battery in hot or humid places where the battery may be exposed to direct sunlight, in a closed vehicle on a hot day, or near a heater. Failure to do so may result in fire, burns, or other injuries due to leakage, overheating, or rupture.
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery; also, do not apply solder directly to the battery terminals. If you do not follow this, leaks, overheating or rupture may result in fire, burns or other injuries. - Do not connect the terminals (+) and (-) with metal objects. Do not carry or store the battery together with metal objects such as chains or hair clips. Failure to do so may result in short circuits, overheating, burns, or other injuries.
- If liquid leaking from the battery gets into your eyes, immediately flush the affected area with water without rubbing your eyes, and then seek medical help. Failure to do so may result in blindness.

- If the battery is not fully charged after 4 hours of charging, stop charging.
- Do not immerse the battery in fresh or salt water and prevent the battery terminals from getting wet. Failure to do so may result in fire, rupture, or overheating.
- Operating temperature ranges for the battery are listed below. Do not use the battery at temperatures outside these ranges. If the battery is used or stored at temperatures outside these ranges, fire, injury, or operational problems may occur.
1. During discharge: -10 °C - 50 °C
2. During charging: 0 °C - 45 °C
- Do not use the battery in case of obvious scratches or other external damage. Failure to do so may cause cracking or overheating or problems during operation.
- Do not subject the battery to strong impacts or throw it. Failure to do so may cause cracking or overheating or problems during operation.
- Do not use the battery if it shows leakage, discoloration, deformation or other unusual signs. Failure to do so may result in cracking or overheating or problems during operation.
- If the leaking fluid touches your skin or clothing, clean them immediately with clean water. Leaked liquid may damage the skin.
