We understand that 14 days may not always be enough, so we offer more than the legally required return period. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to provide you with maximum flexibility.
Returning products with us is simple, quick, and hassle-free. If anything is unclear, just contact our customer support, and we'll take care of everything.
1. Pack the Product
First, carefully pack the product to prevent any damage during transport. Inside the package, include a note stating that you are exercising your right to withdraw from the contract and add your order number or invoice number.
If you selected cash on delivery as your payment method, please also include your bank account number ? inside the package.
This information will help us ensure a smooth and efficient return process. Our goal is to make the entire process as quick and hassle-free as possible.
2. Send the Product to Us
