Description
The Enervit Power Sport energy bar is suitable for replenishing energy during longer performances and as a snack during a demanding day. It successfully suppresses unpleasant hunger during sports thanks to various types of carbohydrates (starch, maltodextrin, glucose and fructose) and they continuously release energy.
WHEN AND HOW TO USE
The recommended dose is 1 to 2 double bars per day. During exercise, eat two half portions (2x30 g) and drink a sufficient amount of drink (for example, Enervit G Sport).
