The MICHELIN WILD AM2 was developed for mixed to soft terrain with an unpaved surface. The more aggressive tread design is uncompromisingly designed for maximum grip. It is therefore particularly suitable for sections and demanding routes where rolling efficiency is not an issue. The high central blocks are inspired by those of the Michelin DH34 and offer maximum ground penetration when braking for good stability and transmission of braking forces on soft surfaces. The shoulder blocks are again inspired by the DH22 and have been modified to provide "more grip" when braking and accelerating on soft surfaces. The result is significantly better grip, high driving stability and controlled handling even on difficult surfaces.
