Schwalbe Romy is a new universal MTB tire designed for trail and all-mountain riding, which, according to Schwalbe, combines low weight, balanced riding characteristics and sufficient aggression for demanding trails. The tire is designed as an all-rounder for mountain bikes and e-MTBs, while excelling in stability, control and fast performance. Schwalbe states that the Romy is suitable for both front and rear wheels, for alpine trails, low mountains and technical rides. It is available in 27.5" and 29" sizes with widths of 2.40–2.50 and in Diagonal and Radial constructions, which affect surface contact, damping and stability.

The tread pattern combines aggressive side blocks for maximum control in corners with a denser central pattern for fast rolling and long service life. According to Schwalbe, the Romy is lighter than many enduro tires, yet very robust and durable, making it the ideal choice for riders who want one tire for everything. It is available in SOFT and MID compounds and in TRAIL, TRAIL PRO, GRAVITY PRO and RACE PRO versions, which differ in protection level, sidewall stiffness and weight. All versions are folding, Tubeless Ready (TLR) and ready for modern trail bikes.
