Description
According to the official description, the Schwalbe Eddy Current is an E-MTB specialist designed for all-mountain and enduro riding. It stands out for its extreme robustness, high stability and ability to transfer the high torque of modern e-bikes.
The new GRAVITY PRO radial construction provides a larger contact patch, better damping and higher grip - exactly what heavy e-bikes need in technical terrain. Radially placed fibers allow the tire to adapt better to the surface, which increases traction and safety.
The tread pattern is inspired by motocross - massive central blocks provide maximum braking and grip traction, while pronounced side blocks improve stability in leans. The front and rear versions are structurally different:
Front: precise steering, high lateral grip, control when climbing.
Rear: maximum grip and braking power, hard and large-volume center blocks for long service life.
The tire is available in Super Trail and Super Gravity constructions, with ADDIX Soft or ADDIX Ultra Soft compounds, all in Tubeless Easy (TLE) version and with E-25 or E-50 certification depending on the model.
