HydraFit is a specially developed hypotonic electrolyte drink with an exclusive content of salts, maltodextrin and vitamins. It is an ideal solution for replacing mineral salts lost in the body due to excessive sweating during increased physical exertion. The magnesium and potassium contained help to properly function muscles and reduce physical exertion.

How to use: Mix 1 dose (20 g powder, approx. 2 tablespoons) in 500 ml of cold water.

The recommended dosage is 50-100 ml of the finished drink at intervals of 15-20 minutes depending on the intensity of the activity.

The recommended daily dose is max. 60 g = 1.5 liters of the finished drink per day. This food supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Ingredients: dextrose, maltodextrin, acidity regulators: citric acid, trisodium citrate; flavor: red orange; color: betanin powder; magnesium citrate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, potassium hydrogen phosphate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; L-ascorbic acid (vit. C), sweetener: sucralose; nicotinamide, calcium-D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, folic acid (pteroylglutamic acid), biotin, cyanocobalamin. Does not contain lactose. Protect from frost, direct sunlight, moisture and radiant heat. Store in a cool and dry place.
