Allen key, torque wrench and sandpaper

If the stem has 4 screws: always tighten in a criss-cross pattern.
If there are additional instructions between the body and the front of the stem - follow them carefully.
Stem angle (only for adjustable stems):
Adjust the angle.
Tighten to the torque value indicated on the stem.
