Energy gel rich in fast and slow-release carbohydrates. Contains BCAA amino acids to protect muscle fibers and vitamins. The overall benefit of the gel is also enhanced by the effects of caffeine.

PREPARATION
We recommend energy gels as well as energy concentrates in our nutritional strategies and plans to use during exercise. This is nothing new or revolutionary. But how to do it, for example, while cycling, so that you receive the necessary dose of energy as safely as possible? There are two possible ways, which we will now introduce you to:
1. consumption of concentrate or gel by mixing it into a drink
Probably the most optimal and therefore often used is mixing the concentrate or gel into a water bottle. This solution is easy to implement, especially on a bicycle, when you can carry two bottles with you - in one you have the ionic drink Enervit G Sport, which you drink every 10-15 minutes, in the other then the concentrate or gel dissolved in water, which you consume less often than the ionic drink (after 30-45 minutes).
2. consumption of concentrate or gel in the original packaging
In this case, it is advisable to prepare the energy concentrate (Enervitene šport concentrate or Enervitene šport competition) in advance before the start by unscrewing and then screwing the concentrate cap back on, thereby breaking the safety lock for easier manipulation of the cap during the race.
ADVANTAGE
