The BASELI Standard child seat with frame attachment is designed for safe and comfortable riding of small passengers. It meets the strict European standard EN 14344, which guarantees a high level of safety.
The robust steel structure combined with a high-quality plastic body ensures stability and long service life. The seat is equipped with adjustable footrests with safety straps that prevent the child's feet from coming into contact with the wheel. For maximum comfort, it is complemented by a soft large padding that makes every ride more enjoyable.
The safety straps are designed to prevent the child from leaning and slipping, while remaining comfortable. The ergonomic shape of the seat allows the child to comfortably use a bicycle helmet.
The package includes a universal seat tube mount, compatible with most bicycle frames. The seat is also suitable for bicycles with 29" wheels.
The maximum load capacity of the seat is 22 kg.
For even greater flexibility, a separate spare mount for another bicycle can be purchased.

Safety warning
SAFETY STANDARDS
- The total weight of the child must be less than 22 kg. The cyclist must be over 16 years old (regarding the age of the cyclist and the age of the child, the options and method of transport, always follow the applicable standards of the country);
- If necessary, install side protection devices to the rear wheel of the bicycle. The protective devices must be suitable to prevent contact with moving parts of the bicycle itself (wheel spokes or the wheel itself);
- Use a saddle with protected springs so as not to injure the child's fingers; check that the center of gravity (on the side of the seat) is not more than 10 cm from the wheel hub;
- Be particularly careful when riding with a child in the seat. The dimensions and balance of the bicycle change;
- Always properly fasten the seat belts that are part of the seat (even if you are not carrying a child). Use the different positions of the seat belts to best adjust the position of the child;
- Always secure the child's legs to the holders using the straps. Also make sure that this operation has been properly carried out (fasten the strap even if you are not carrying a child);
- When using the seat mounted on a luggage rack, check that the specific type of rack is properly rated to carry 27 kg. If not, buy a new luggage rack;
- Use lukewarm water and neutral soap to wash the child seat, straps and padding. Never use solvents or cleaning agents;
- Before each use, check that the seat is properly attached to the bicycle, i.e. that the seat is correctly and securely mounted;
- Comply with the road traffic regulations in force in the country where the seat is used. The child must also wear a safety helmet (EN 1078);
- Do not expose the seat to excessively high or extremely low temperatures;
- Do not add any bags to the bicycle where the seat is mounted. We recommend placing the bag on the opposite side of the seat;
- In the event of damaged and/or missing parts, the seat, please do not use. Bring the seat to your dealer for inspection or replacement;
- After the child is seated, the bike may have an uneven balance while riding or braking.
BASIC WARNINGS
Use warm water and mild soap to wash the seat and soft parts, never use solvents. Check the seat and the functionality of the bike mount every time you use it. Respect road traffic, wear a helmet (both you and your child) and ride carefully. Do not expose the seat to high temperatures and make sure that the seat is not hot before use. If your child cannot sit properly in the seat, do not transport them. If any part of the seat is damaged or broken, replace them or change the seat. In this case, contact your dealer or the importer directly.
