MAAP APEX DOWNPOUR Jacket Blue

The MAAP Apex Downpour Jacket is designed for all-day riding in heavy rain, wind and changeable weather. It combines a high level of water protection with thoughtful ventilation, flexible sleeve construction and a sporty cut optimized for long hours in the saddle.

The basis is a technical three-layer 3L ITTTAI fabric with a water column of 10,000 mm and breathability of 8,000 g/m²/24 h. It provides a reliable barrier against heavy rain and wind, while also allowing excess heat and moisture to escape during active riding.

All internal seams are taped, which significantly limits water penetration through critical points of the structure. The outer material is also treated with a PFAS-free DWR treatment, which helps repel water from the jacket's surface and keeps the material functional even during longer rides in wet conditions.

Anatomically shaped sleeves and four-way stretch construction allow for natural movement in the riding position without restricting pedaling or handling the handlebars. The Core cut creates a clean, sporty profile that is snug enough for faster riding, yet comfortable for all-day use.

The Apex Downpour Jacket offers balanced breathability, high heat dissipation, and moderate insulation. It is therefore ideal as a protective layer for cold, windy and rainy weather, when staying dry without overheating is a priority.
