MAAP APEX WINTER CAP Black

The MAAP Apex Deep Winter Cap is designed for cold, windy and rainy conditions where a high level of protection is needed without overheating. It combines waterproof and windproof Polartec® Power Shield™ with an internal fleece mesh structure that helps retain heat while promoting breathability.

The Polartec® Power Shield™ material offers a water column of 20,000 mm and breathability of 20,000 g/m²/24 h, providing effective protection against rain and wind while allowing excess heat to be dissipated during intense riding. The internal structure of the material supports thermoregulation and increases comfort during longer winter rides.

For even greater protection from adverse weather conditions, taped critical seams and a water-repellent DWR treatment are provided. Extended side panels cover the ears and help protect sensitive areas from cold winds.

The hat is shaped to sit stably and comfortably under a cycling helmet, without creating unnecessary volume or pressure points. The low weight of only 25 g makes it a practical winter layer that you can easily combine with other clothing according to the current conditions.
